Many years ago, when Wilbur Mills was the House Majority leader and Dita Beard was a well-known lobbyist, one Sunday morning they were discovered in the tidal basin pool in front of the Capital having fun. My thought was, is this the lobbyist dazzling the congressman or the congressman dazzling the lobbyist? This is a limited edition etching, hand-printed and signed, and numbered by the artist. The total edition size is 50, but the entire edition was not printed, so less than 30 were actually printed.
